Endings/Beginnings

It was time for the yarn tags on 1st Street to come down. The rain and hot sun had kind of baked them and caused sagging . . . It's responsible street artistry to take down sagging art!

So down they came.

But . . . a new project seems to be on our horizon.Doesn't this sign post seem a bit . . . bare?

It's right here, on First Avenue. I think it's a good spot for some street art.

I'm also thinking this sign post could use some decor.
Especially since it's close to this fun art/craft store!
So what do you think? A long 8" wide "scarf" can be sewn up--the long way--to decorate a pole . . . Crochet or knit--cheap yarn from your stash is fine. Let me know if you'd like to join me on Friday at 1:30 at Brewed for some yarnbomb crafting!
